The University of Michigan’s annual leadership conference will take place from October 19-20th, 2024 at the Michigan Union and Michigan League in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Midshipmen, MECEPS, and officer candidates from NROTC units around the country, as well as other aspiring leaders, are welcome to attend. This event will focus on equipping future leaders with the skills and abilities needed to effectively lead in dynamic and unpredictable situations with resilience, adaptability and innovation. Our conference will include leadership case studies, junior officer panel, community break out rooms, keynote speaker Q&A and multiple networking opportunities.
