The Wolverine Battalion has sought to inform and inspire the next generation of officers through the Women in Naval Service Symposium (WINS) from its inception in 2018. Through WINS, both midshipmen and active duty service members are able to meet and enter into conversation with our Navy and Marine Corps’s female leaders. This year’s event will feature female Naval and Marine Corps leadership at all levels. While this event is focused on female leaders, we encourage both male and female midshipmen attendance.
